Craig Anneberg
Chief Executive Officer
Craig is a 40-year Weyerhaeuser veteran and previously served as vice president and NORPAC mill manager since 2001. Prior positions include research and development roles for Weyerhaeuser Wood Products, a variety of engineering roles in Weyerhaeuser’s OSB, Containerboard and Pulp businesses, and he was Fine Paper mill manager in Longview, Washington. Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Portland.
Tom Brookreson
Chief Financial Officer
Tom is a over 27-year Weyerhaeuser/NORPAC veteran. As Chief Financial Officer, Tom is the Executive responsible for managing the financial actions of the Company. Prior to his role as CFO, Tom served for 6 years as the Financial Analyst for NORPAC and worked for over 11 years in the Procurement Department, heavily involved in contract negotiations and served as Procurement Lead for the SW Washington Region. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Portland State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Washington.
Rob Buckingham
Co-President
Rob brings 33 years of industry experience to the organization. During his career, his roles have involved technical process and control engineering as well as various management positions including paper machine production. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Oregon’s executive program.
Tom Crowley
Co-President
Tom’s 33 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry includes roles with Catalyst Paper as senior vice president of sales and marketing and Abitibi as vice president of international sales. Tom also served as Chairman of the Printing and Writing Papers Association. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University and a Master in Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Nick Karavolos
Vice President, Supply Chain and Distribution
Nick oversees procurement, logistics and IT. Previously, Nick worked for Pöyry Management Consulting specializing in leadership development, improving operating efficiency and cost performance. Prior to that Nick was business improvement manager and finance manager for Steelscape in Kalama, Washington. Nick holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
